Little Known Help Zone had the pleasure of tabling at the Allentown Cherry Blossom Festival 2018 to share our organization with the community and talk about our mission for educational empowerment and success, as well as our work within the Allentown community. We also were giving out gifts with donations, and these were grow your own cherry blossom tree kits. We raised over $50 for our next classroom visit and had a wonderful time conversing with residents.

Bryn Mawr Rotary Dictionary Collaboration
LKHZ is excited to announce an exciting collaboration that is enriching our Monthly Classroom Project. The Bryn Mawr Rotary Club has agreed to donate their dictionaries to third grade classrooms at the schools we visit. The first donation will be at Jefferson Marshall Elementary; the Rotary is donating dictionaries for their 80 third grade students. A personal dictionary is a great way for children to enrich their education and we are very excited for this collaboration.

Camelot KAPS Donation
Today was a wonderful day at the Camelot KAPS school in Germantown, PA. We visited and donated over 100 items for their 100 students valued at over $300. This was the latest installment of our classroom project.
Mr. Luke, the music and arts teacher, was kind enough to allow me to visit, meet some of his students, and see the facility. I had a wonderful time and it is always inspiring to make a tangible difference in Philadelphia!
